Celebrating Professional Licensure

We are pleased to congratulate Maggie Bohman on achieving professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. This significant milestone represents years of education, supervised clinical experience, and a steadfast commitment to providing high-quality mental health care. As a licensed clinician, Maggie will continue serving patients with expanded clinical expertise while contributing to our mission of delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. We are proud to celebrate this important professional achievement.

New Director of Psychological Services

We are also excited to announce that Dr. Michael Murphy has assumed the role of Director of Psychological Services.

As a licensed psychologist with extensive clinical experience, Dr. Michael brings thoughtful leadership, clinical excellence, and a collaborative approach to the position. As Director of Psychological Services, Dr. Michael will oversee clinical operations, support our team, and help ensure that our organization continues to deliver exceptional care while advancing best practices throughout our services. We look forward to the vision and leadership Dr. Michael will bring to this important role.

Honoring Continued Leadership and Scholarship

Following years of outstanding service as our former Director, Dr. Andrew Sodergren is transitioning into the role of Practitioner, Scholar, and Senior Fellow.

In this new capacity, Dr. Andrew will continue seeing patients here at RWPS while also focusing on scholarship and professional mentorship. This role allows Dr. Andrew to further contribute to the field through education and thought leadership while remaining an integral part of our community. We are deeply grateful for Dr. Andrew’s exceptional leadership and are excited to see the continued impact of this new role.

Celebrating New Life

We’re also delighted to share some joyful personal news from our team. Dr. Emily Dowdell recently welcomed twins into her family! We extend our warmest congratulations and best wishes on this exciting new chapter. We look forward to celebrating this special milestone with her and wish the entire family health, happiness, and many wonderful moments together.
